Email care@sarvati.com or WhatsApp us with your order number within 2 hours of placing it for a refund to your original payment method (minus a nominal bank processing fee of about 5–7%). After 2 hours we begin preparing your order (quality checks, customization, packing), so cancellation may not be possible.

No need to cancel, just email us immediately and we'll update it. Changes can't be made once the order has shipped.

Share a clear unboxing video and photos immediately on delivery. After we verify against our pre-shipment quality records, we'll offer a replacement or a store-credit refund. (Claims without an unboxing video can't be accepted.)

All approved refunds are issued as store credit (a unique code emailed to you), after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and store credit can't be combined with other offers.

After you order, our team guides you, you can fill the measurement form or share details on WhatsApp/email. For international custom orders, the stitching timeline begins once your measurements are received.

Yes, many styles come in extended sizes, and custom stitching covers a wide measurement range.

Free shipping across India. Orders dispatch in 2–3 working days (add 1–2 days for custom stitching) and usually deliver in 2–5 working days.

Free on orders above USD $169.99. Below that, a temporary fee of USD $14.99 applies.

Standard:dispatched in 3–4 business days, delivered in about 8–9 business days.
Express:dispatched in 2 business days, delivered in about 5–7 business days.

USA orders ship Duties-Paid (DDP), so no duties or tariffs for you.(If you ever get a duty invoice, just contact us and we'll handle it.) For therest of the world, we ship DDP where possible; in some countries import duties/taxes set by your local government may apply on arrival and are not included in our prices.

Once dispatched, transit issues are raised with the carrier. Once a package is marked delivered to your address, Sarvati isn't liable for theft, damage or loss.

Email care@sarvati.com within 2 days of receiving your order with your order number, reason, and clear photos (an unboxing video is mandatory for damaged/incorrect items). Please don't ship anything back before we confirm. We review within 2–3 business days, and once approved you ship it back within 7 days. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Sarvati (House of Sarvatii LLC) is online only, with offices in the USA and India and a production unit in Gujarat. All orders are crafted and shipped with care from India.
