Free shipping on orders above USD $150; flat $9.99 for lower amounts.
Standard shipping dispatched in 3–5 business days (+2–3 for stitching).
Express shipping dispatches in 48 hours (+1–2 days if stitching is added). Delivery timelines vary by country.

Returns:
Only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Custom-stitched, made-to-order, and pure silk products are non-returnable.
Refunds issued as store credit (valid for 1 year) after deducting processing fees.

Note: Orders using store credit or marked "Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.
