At Sarvati, we proudly offer worldwide shipping to bring our handcrafted styles to your doorstep, whether you're in India or abroad. Our aim is to deliver every order on time with the highest level of care and transparency.


Domestic Shipping (Within India)

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders within India.
  • Delivery Address: We deliver to all valid postal addresses in India. Please ensure you provide a complete street address with PIN code. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
  • Courier Partners: BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, India Post, and Shree Tirupati Courier.


Dispatch Time

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 working days.
  • If you've opted for custom stitching, please allow an additional 1–2 working days to beautifully craft your outfit.
  • We will email you if there is any delay due to stock issues, manufacturing delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Time

  • Most domestic orders are delivered within 2–5 working days.
  • However, in rare and uncontrollable situations like weather conditions, or airline service backlogs, delivery may be delayed by an additional 2–3 days.
  • We will maintain full transparency and continue to support you through our courier partners until the item reaches you.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is currently unavailable. We offer secure prepaid payment options during checkout.

Tracking & Notifications

  • You will receive an email with tracking details once your order is shipped.
  • There may occasionally be slight delays in notifications due to system updates.

Multiple Deliveries

  • If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive in separate shipments depending on availability and warehouse locations.

Non-Shipping Days

  • We do not dispatch or deliver on Sundays and public holidays.

International Shipping

  • Shipping Partners: We ship through trusted international carriers including FedEx, DHL, UPS, Aramex, and more ensuring your order reaches you safely, wherever you are.

  • Delivery Address: Please note, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses.

Standard Shipping

  • Orders are carefully processed and dispatched within 3–4 business days, with an estimated delivery time of 8–9 business days.
  • Complimentary shipping on all orders above USD $169.99.
  • Due to the ongoing global impact on fuel and logistics costs, a temporary shipping fee of USD $14.99 applies to orders below USD $169.99. We look forward to reinstating our standard rate of USD $9.99 once conditions stabilize. We truly appreciate your patience and continued support.

Express Shipping

  • Orders are prioritized, processed, and dispatched within 2 business days, with an estimated delivery time of 5–7 business days.
  • For custom stitching orders, the processing timeline begins once your measurements have been received.

Pre-Shipment Cancellations

We understand that plans can change, here's how we can help:

Q: I just placed an order but now want to cancel it. How can I do this?
A: Simply email us at care@sarvati.com or reach out via WhatsApp with your order number and cancellation request. Cancellations received within 2 hours of placing the order are eligible for a refund to the original payment method, after a nominal bank processing fee of approximately 5–7%.

Q: Why is the 2-hour cancellation window important?
A: We begin preparing your order as soon as it's placed including quality checks, customization (if applicable), and packaging. The 2-hour window helps us avoid unnecessary production or shipment.

Q: I made a mistake in my order details. Do I need to cancel and reorder?
A: Not at all! Simply email us at care@sarvati.com immediately after placing your order, and we'll be happy to update your shipping address, contact information, or measurements. Please note, no changes can be made once the order has been shipped.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

  • Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order.
  • Any additional charges or re-shipping costs arising from address errors will be the responsibility of the customer.

Billing vs Shipping Address

  • Billing Address: The address linked to your payment method (e.g., credit/debit card).
  • Shipping Address: The destination where your package will be delivered.

Lost in Transit

  • We partner with trusted carriers like FedEx, UPS, Aramex, DHL, and DTDC to ensure reliable delivery. Once your order is dispatched, any transit-related issues must be raised directly with the shipping provider. Once a package is marked as delivered to the provided address, Sarvati is not liable for theft, damage, or loss.

Shipping to the USA

Great News, All orders to the USA are shipped via a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), so you are not liable for any customs duties or tariffs. However, in rare instances, you may receive a duty invoice for your order. If that happens, please don't worry. Simply reach out to us via email at care@sarvati.com or WhatsApp, and our team will take care of it for you.

Shipping to the Rest of the World We always try to ship your order via a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service wherever possible. However, in some countries, this option is not available with our delivery partners. In such cases, your shipment may attract import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival. These are set by your local government and vary from country to country.

A few things to keep in mind:

  • These charges are not included in the prices shown on our website.
  • Payment of any applicable duties or taxes is required to release your package from customs.
  • If these charges go unpaid, the shipment may face delays, be returned, or in some cases, be disposed of by customs authorities.
