Weaving
Every piece begins at the loom. Our skilled weavers across India transform fine threads into beautiful raw fabric, the foundation of every Sarvati creation. This is where craft, patience and tradition meet.
Dyeing
The raw fabric is then dyed in rich, vibrant colours. Each length is carefully dipped and heated in large dye baths by hand, so the colour soaks in deep and even, giving our fabrics their signature glow.
Designing
Our designers bring ideas to life. They sketch each style, choose the colour palette, motifs and details, and shape how every element comes together into a finished look.
Printing
For printed styles, the design is transferred onto the fabric using precise digital printing, capturing intricate patterns and fine detail with crisp, lasting colour.
Embroidery
For embellished pieces, delicate zari, thread and sequin work is added with computerised embroidery machines, building the rich, ornate detailing Indian ethnic wear is loved for.
Cutting
Once the fabric is ready, each garment is measured and cut precisely to size, the careful first step toward a perfect fit.
Stitching
Our expert tailors stitch every piece with care. For custom orders, your measurements guide each cut and seam, so your outfit is truly made for you.
Quality Check, Packing & Dispatch
Finally, every order is quality-checked, neatly folded, beautifully packed and dispatched, ready to travel to your doorstep anywhere in the world.
