Return & Refund Policy
At Sarvati, every piece is crafted with care and goes through a thorough quality inspection before it leaves our facility. We want you to love what you receive. However, if something isn't quite right, we're here to help. Please review our policy below.
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
To request a return or exchange, please email us at care@sarvati.com within 2 days of receiving your order with the following details:
- Your order number
- A clear reason for the return or exchange
- Clear photographs or an unboxing video (mandatory for damaged or incorrect items)
Please Note:
- Kindly do not ship any item back before contacting us. Our team will review your request and guide you with the next steps within 2–3 business days.
- We do not provide return shipping labels. Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to our India office using their own preferred shipping method. All return shipping costs, including any customs or duties incurred during the return, are to be borne by the customer.
- Returns sent without prior confirmation from our team will not be accepted.
- Once your return is approved, the item must be shipped back within 7 days.
2. Return Conditions
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags intact.
- Items must be packed securely to prevent any damage during transit.
- Returns must be sent only to the address provided by our team via email.
3. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Jewellery and fashion accessories
- Customised or made-to-order products
- Items purchased using store credit (fully or partially)
- Products showing any signs of wear, damage, or alteration upon inspection
4. Alterations for Sizing Concerns
If a product doesn't fit due to incorrect measurements provided at the time of ordering:
- You are welcome to ship the product back to us for alteration.
- The alteration itself will be carried out at no additional cost.
- Shipping charges for sending the altered product back to you will be borne by the customer.
- Please email us with your order number and clear images to get the process started.
5. Issues with Your Received Product
Every product undergoes a detailed quality check and is photographed before dispatch. However, if you receive the wrong product or notice a manufacturing defect, please share a clear unboxing video and relevant images immediately upon delivery.
Our team will verify the issue by cross-referencing with our pre-shipment quality check records.
Please Note: Claims submitted without an unboxing video will not be eligible for a return or refund.
After verification, we may offer one of the following at our discretion:
- Replacement with the correct product at no additional cost
- Refund in the form of store credit
Only genuine issues verified against our internal quality records will be accepted.
6. Refund Policy
- All approved refunds are issued exclusively as store credit.
- Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected at our facility.
- A video is recorded while opening every return parcel for verification purposes.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
7. Store Credit Usage
- Your store credit will be shared via email in the form of a unique code.
- The code can be applied at checkout when placing a new order.
- Store credit cannot be combined with any other discount code or promotional offer.
8. General Guidelines
- Never return an item without prior email confirmation from our team.
- Unauthorized returns will be shipped back at the customer's expense.
- Valid tracking details must be shared for all return shipments.
- Sarvati is not responsible for lost, delayed, or undelivered return packages.
- Once a return is approved, the refund will be issued only as store credit.
