The team at Savarti provided excellent customer service. They were very easy to communicate with over whatsapp. I sent my measurements and they double checked the same with me. Very good with providing updates on request, it was stitches to my requested measurement very good.

LOVELY! Very VERY nice workmanship, fits great (the only very small issue - straps - is probably because of our measurement issues), excellent quality material, and packaged perfectly to protect the lehenga on its long journey to Ohio. Appreciate how the shop communicated with us via WhatsApp in order to confim some questions about the measurements. The can-can of the skirt is just perfect, and the inner material of the skirt is so soft that it makes it very comfortable, even while looking like you're super dressed up. This would have easily cost like $800-1000 USD at a shop in Chicago, so the value was excellent. Your Eid sale was great, thank you! We will happily order from you again and suggest you to friends in both US and India.

First time buying from an online shop and had a great experience! The colour of the lehenga was a little darker than advertised. It would help if there was a picture of the fabric in real day light. Apart from that, 5 stars in communication and customer service. They helped me with some fitting anomalies, which I had incorrectly given. That was well spotted and it showed their skills and expertise. Roughly 2 weeks from buying to receiving the item overseas. Massive thank you to your tailor for amazing fitting. Will definitely recommend and buy from you in the future again.

I paid extra for custom fitting and it did not fit at all. I gave them all the measurements they asked for. Do not pay for custom stitching from them, save your money and get it custom fitted with a trusted tailor.
